Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products (PDFs, guides, checklists, templates), all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

Membership Subscriptions

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Listing & Consignment Fees

Listing fees and consignment program fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published or services have commenced. If a listing is not published due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
